Our story

Three generations on this coast.

Coastal Impact grew out of generations of family life on Florida’s east coast: the same storms, the same salt air, the same porch-light evenings our customers know. Protecting homes here isn’t an abstraction for us; it’s the neighborhood.

That history shapes how we work. We’d rather measure twice and speak plainly than oversell and rush. We’d rather keep a customer for twenty years than win a weekend. And because our name is on the work, our standard travels with every crew, to every city we serve.

Coastal is run by a custom home builder with a Florida general contractor’s license, building experience you can feel in how we measure, install, and finish. And with a family of four at home, our owner knows exactly what it means to protect the people under your roof. He doesn’t take protecting yours lightly.
