Do I need a permit?
Yes. Window replacement is permitted work in Florida, and that’s a good thing: the permit and inspection verify the installation meets code. Our permitting team handles the process start to finish (paperwork, submission, and inspection coordination), and if your community has an HOA, we take care of that approval paperwork too.
