What we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, street address and city, any project details you provide, and (if you ask to pick a day) your preferred consultation date and time window. We also record which page you arrived on and, where present, the campaign or search-ad parameters in that link, so we know how you found us. If you call or email us directly, we keep the contact information you use to reach us.

What we use it for

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and prepare your estimate, communicate about your project, and provide service afterward. That's it. We contact you the way you asked us to.

What we never collect on this website

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, income information, bank or card details, or other sensitive financial data through this website. Financing applications, if you pursue one, happen only through the financing provider's own secure process, governed by their privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not send spam; communication is about your project.

Service providers we actually use

We name these specifically rather than describing them vaguely, so you know exactly where your information goes:

• monday.com: our customer relationship manager. When you submit the estimate form, the details you entered are sent to our monday.com account so our team can follow up. This is where your enquiry lives.
• Vercel: hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes standard technical data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages.
• Google Fonts: serves the typefaces this site uses.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: measure how the site is used, in aggregate, and whether our advertising works. We deliberately do not send your name, email address, phone number, address, project notes, or requested appointment date to any analytics or advertising service.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: when enabled, checks that the estimate form is being submitted by a person rather than an automated script.

Where we use service providers to operate our business, they are limited to the purpose of serving you.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses cookies and similar storage for two things: remembering how you first arrived (so we can credit the right source), and website analytics. We do not use them to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not share your form details with advertising networks. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site and the estimate form will still work.

Text messages

If you choose “Text message” as your preferred contact method, a member of our team may text you about your project. These are messages a person sends; we do not run automated or marketing text campaigns from this form. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop.

Your choices
