An HOA or condo association approval letter is required where one applies, and any egress window needs an elevation drawing.
One scheduling detail worth planning around: a Notice of Commencement is required above a $5,000 contract price, and while a pending one will not hold up permit issuance, it will hold up scheduling the first inspection.
