How close are you to Tequesta?
Our shop is at 1449 Jupiter Park Dr, Suite 18, in Jupiter, immediately south of the village. Tequesta is among the closest areas we serve, which makes scheduling and follow-up straightforward.
Does Tequesta permit through the village or the county?
The Village of Tequesta administers permitting for properties inside village limits, and nearby unincorporated addresses go through Palm Beach County. We confirm which applies to your address and file accordingly. That work is part of every installation.
Why does my HOA approval have to come first in Tequesta?
Because the Village makes it a condition of issuing the permit rather than a parallel courtesy. For a property inside an association, written HOA approval has to be in hand before a window or door permit is issued, so association review sits on the critical path here in a way it does not in most neighbouring jurisdictions. What does the Village want submitted?
